"clinical" review

I called CIGNA to follow up on my appeal and Corinna told me it is now in Clinical review, and that they also contacted my PCP for further info. I should have an answer 15 days from the day it was rec'd, which was June 4th. (os June 19th, by mail) Also, when I checked my cell vm, there was a message from my Dr's nurse on it. O f course, by the time I was able to check voicemail, it was after 5, so I 'll have to call him tomorrow a.m. and see what's up. Not sure how to take all of this... Anyone else go through this?
