What excersise do you do
I am interested to hear what kind of excersise that everyone does, both pre-ops and post-ops. I am pre-op and now I do laps in the swimming pool 3 times a week and I have a 3 wheel bike that I ride aroung the neighborhood twice a week, then I try to get excersise on the weekend doing something with my family and of course there is the running after my 2 1/2 years old grandson when he is here once or twice a week. After the surgery, do you need to change your excersise habits?
