Arms and Stomach

Hi everyone!

I know this must get asked a lot, so I'm sorry for repeating. ;)

The one part of me that bothers me the most is my arms. I have so much skin and I really really hate it.

I know that insurance won't cover this, but does anyone know a good doctor here in AZ that may work with payments? I also have tattoos on my arms, so I need to be careful with that too. :/ It's just getting to the point where it's driving me crazy!
