So Much going on in my life all at once!

Hello,

My name is Lisa and I turned 33 this past July 7th. I have my first consultation next Wednesday. I'm nervous about so many changes all at once. Getting out of a long term relationship for good. Trying to cope with that loss, then knowing I have to do something about my health and I have tried everything this past decade. 

        It's a hard transition right now! I hope to make some friends along the way!
