Just moved to Phoenix area.. looking for WLS freindly PCP

Good Morning AZ! I don't see a whole lot of stuff on this board, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway.  I just moved here from Sacramento. I am originally from the Tucson area, but have lived in CA for the last 11 years.  I am 3 years out from my RNY GBP, and I am doing ok.  I am going to be on my husband's insurance, which is United Heathcare, and so I am looking for a WLS friendly PCP that will know what he or she is talking about.  Any suggestions would be appreciated :-)

What part of town??

hey were is the pcp that you go to?

Dr. Ronald Sell in Chandler, he's a very fast paced but thorough doctor.  Very supportive throughout the whole process so far.

I have the same question, Looking for wls friendly PCP. I'm at 19th ave and camelback....

I'm at El Mirage and Camelback :) I am still looking. I just got new insurance, and the PCP doctors don't have any info about them online ...

When I came out here, someone recommended Dr. Michael Underhill from Paseo Docs.  He is in Glendale.  It's around 57th St north of Bell.  I really like him.  Haven't had any WLS issues to discuss.  I really do like him.

Just an FYI, I ended up going with Dr Ruiz. I read some reviews ( from this site) and I've seen him 3 times now and I am happy. I think he's great.
