Wednesday Morning Sun City Support Group

Everyone is invited to our Wednesday morning support group.  Menke Sun City Meeting Room, 8:30~10:00 A.M.  All Surgery types invited.  Pat, our soon~to~be lap band support group leader will meet with just lap banders 8:00~8:30 A.M.

Good intentions but a rough night (major insomnia these days)!

I hope you post a report and share any tidbits that may help us on our journeys!  .....  I'm back into the world of support groups this coming Tuesday at Chandler.  Then I hope to get back into the circuit a bit.  ....  they always charge me up to be my best self on my WLS journey!
