Banner Gateway Question

I am 3 days from surgery & Banner called to inform me on my insurance...I will have 20% due, she said she had to "research" something & call back.
My question is if I have 20% due of the surgery will they work with me on payments?  I dont have $5k+ just laying around.  has anyone else had to make arrangements for payment with Banner Gateway & if so were they helpful?

I had a deductible & 20%.  I had to pay the full deductible upfront before surgery and then was billed for the 20%.  Good Luck!

 They'll let you make payments over as many as six months. Just ask.

I'm scheduled on Dec 7th and havent had that call yet. I am concerned about that too. So thank you for your question and thanks for the relpies it helps me to feel more at ease.
