Breakfast support get together!

Jeanna & I are needing a little extra support to help us through these hot crazy summer days!!!!

ALL are welcome to join us for some support chatter and breakfast


This Friday morning the 23rd at 9 a.m.
5 & Diner on Alma School and Warner in Chandler

All topics are welcome with special focus on tackling those last pesky pounds and staying focused AFTER the honeymoon is over!!!!

Anyone who wants to meet me at the Chandler Mall after the breakfast for a "COOL" mall walk then let me know.  I'll probably be there about 11:30!!! 


Anyone interested in a monthly morning breakfast support meeting then let us know.  We know many can't make the evening support groups.  Joyce =  [email protected]  (we can rotate the locations around the valley)
