Banner Gateway Support Tonight

Just a reminder that the Banner Gateway support group is tonight at 6:00 and open to everyone. 

It's the exercise physiologist and it's on stretching.

Wooo Hooo!  I'm planning on going BUT..... my grand daughter is being delivered at that very hospital any minute now soooooo.....  I might be glued to her room!

Exercise tips or brand new grand daughter?  .....  Support group "might" lose this round!
