They can log on to your computer and fix things, change things around, and you can watch them do everything.  They see your screen on their computer and they can do anything you can do with your computer.

Actually remote access is built into Windows....................Control Panel/System/Remote Setting.

I like the site, it's sooo easy.  My nephew knows my computer well even being 1500 miles away. ;o)
