GREAT night of TV!!!  The Before and Afters reminded me of one of our WLS events!!!  Wow! .....  Of course they were ALL winners and have the potential for new and healthier starts in life!  ....  Did you all think the winners looked like they were 10 years younger??!!!

A fb Biggest Loser from season 9 (one of the Tongan cousins from AZ) said in his status:  "now for maintenance!  that's the hard part!" ..... I totally agree!  I crawl on the scale every morning thinking it's going to say I weigh 168 lbs heavier cuz I had a "non diet" food choice the day before!  ....  Finding the balance for a lifetime is the challenge!

Support group today at 4:30!!!  (my favorite mental session!)

It was a great show and I am sooo glad we only have to wait until January 5th for it to be back again.

Seriously considering "vacationing (HAHA)" at Fitness Ridge.  I have spent more for less.
