Hi joyce. Gina and all.  I am back in AZ now and need you to remind me when and what time the Chandler support group meets...Can't wait to see you all again.

Not really, it hasn't been bad but here I hear Calgary has been getting some snow and rain.

Hope you have a good weight loss winter and get together with some of the folks you met last year.

Welcome Home Eydie!

I can't wait to see you again sweetie pie!  .....  Our group is tomorrow night at 6!   We've had a slow down in group attendance so will be changing our frequency to quarterly.  Join us tomorrow and we'll discuss the option of a Holiday party after we get & give support!
