I will be having surgery on Oct. 26, So now I will start my liquid diet on Oct 12th. I'm not looking forward to that. I'll keep you posted.

                      Reached 1st goal weight 158 on 6/8/10, My Starting weight 235
                                               Hit final goal of 145  10/25/10
                                                      Current weight 143
                                If you work the band the band will work for you.

You CAN do it!!!! The liquid diet is just the last big push to the top of the mountain! The view is spectacular after that:)
