Congrats Erin on your surgery.  I wish you well on your continued recovery.  Dr. Sprunger is fantastic and I know you will be successful if you follow through with the program.  Let me know if you have any questions, my memory has faded a bit on some of the earlier stuff but I'll do my best.  I may not post here every day but I read every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day so if you post or send me a message I will get it.  Good luck, and for the time being I will wish you happy sip, sip, sipping and walking!

Love love love your enthusiasm!  You are right on target cuz support is the thing that will carry you forever when the stupid scale is not your friend!!!  LOL!

Weds night is a great evening for the SBC post-ops.  They have an "ooohh lala" evening planned for all!  Start there and then chatter away to all of us.  you'll have hundreds of new WLS buds before you know it!!!

I had Dr. Sprunger do my surgery about 10 months ago.  Down 146.

I have been attending the 1st monday of the month meetings at Scottsdale Shea ever since. They are broken down into 2 catagories under 4 months and 4 months and beyond.
