Time flies... almost 3 years!
Well... HELLO HELLO!
It's been a while since I have been on. Mainly because I was working two jobs and never had time for anything. Things are good, got engaged in June in Disneyland... getting married next April. Also in the process of buying a house.
Things have been busy to say the least!
I am almost 3 years out... I have gained about 15lbs since my last visit with Dr. Blackstone and need to get my butt into gear and refocused with support groups (my work hours weren't allowing me to go). Need to focus on proteins again...
Anyway... thought I would stop by and say hello!
