Post-op UHC-State Employees New Year Benefits

Hi All,
FYI, if you have previously had bariatric surgery and you are not currently under the care of a physician with a Center of Excellence for your followup care, you need to contact Care Coordination to do an exception of benefits so you may stay with your Dr.  You only have 30 days after the policy takes effect to do this.  Don't wait until the new policy goes into effect or you may not make the dealine and will out of luck with them covering your follow-up care.
