Low Carb "ers" Check In!

O.K. friends!

All who are joining me with a low carb push....report!!!

MY Goals for today:
to be under 40 carbs
to be over 150 proteins
exercise

Planned:
grilled chicken
ground turkey
eggs
cheese
sunflower seeds
shirataki noodles (tofu)

Not Planned but o.k.:
Flax Seed Pancakes in a Minute (PIM)
cheeseburger without the bun

Not Planned and sort of naughty:
1/2 otter pop
1 french fry

1 hour in the pool for exercise

95% on target!  Wooooo Hooooo!

Roasted Chicken from Costco
lots of water ( almost killed myself lifting it )
fish in freezer
salad in fridge
 protein powder  should be here thursday !! Yipee

Ok , here'sTuesday:
weighed in.. 211
carb count for day 15 grams
total protein 111 grams
walked our olympic size pool for 30 minutes then WALKED home from the Clubhouse instead of using the golf cart!!!


Goal: wednesday
keep carbs under 20 grams
Keep protein as high as possible
30 minutes of  exercise

Down 2 pounds this morning.

Weds Goals:

30 minutes of a step aerobic class (can't make it to Zumba today )
20 minutes pool jogging

under 40 carbs
over 150 protein

Long Day.....overshot and undershot a few things.

BUT....barely over 40 carbs total (Heck of a Detox headache all day long!!!)
Wayyyyyy over 150 grams of protein!

Didn't make it to step aerobics but did an hour in the pool with music: dancing, jogging, swimming and waking the babies in the neighborhood from their naps!

GREAT support group at Banner Gateway tonight.  "Changing our Thoughts"  YES!!!  Needed it!  You totally rock Doc Janie!!!

BTW...I made a delish low-carb treat!

16 oz whole milk Ricotta cheese
8 oz reg cream cheese
beat with a little cream for smoother consistency
Stir in dry pkg of S/F choc pudding. 

It tastes like a chocolate cheese cake!!!!  Yum!  (Remember this is for low carbers and NOT for those of you who are counting calories!)

Yup, I have two nectars coming from Jeanna and I bought 4 different sample packs from assorted companies online plus I use the premier protein RTD from costco ( 1 carb/30 proteins ) and i have 3 )
18 packs of  those. I think I'm ready....

Thursday-

Woke up with migraine so thought the day would be a bust....but,
I went on with my work schedule and food plan and all ended well!  Felt better this morning!  Yay!

Down another 2 pounds yesterday (4 down & 7 to go!)

carbs 50 'ish' (went over with big ol salad at lunch!)
Proteins:  over 200 (What???!!! ....  Well I was craving Banana Scream protein shakes yesterday so I had FOUR!!!  the source of most of my carbs)

Workout at the Chiropractor!  (Zero hamstring strength!)

GREAT mtg last night!  What a fun group:)  Weigh 2 go Jan, Jeanna, Gil, Nancy and all who have taken steps towards better health!!!

I won't be checking back in until Monday.  I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend.  I'm doing the ZOOOOOOO!!!!!
