4th day on liquid diet

i dont know bout you all but omg im bout to die! lol. i went with my mom to costco and she was looking at cakes and stuff and i started crying. Im such a baby. i had to go look at the clothes!
i didnt think this was going to be very hard but im making it threw. its so going to be worth the wait.
12 more days until surgery!!!!

This was the toughest part of my whole weight loss surgery process!  Seriously.  Your body is going through a carb and sugar withdrawal and it is brutal.  I didn't feel good and I was depressed and it really really sucked!  BUT I made it and it was all worthwhile.  If you need to add another protein shake if you are really hungry.  Most docs don't care about the calories of adding another shake, they just want you to shrink your liver from the liquids, so if that helps do it.  Sugar free popsicles, crystal light, anything just keep on, you will make it!
