Surgery Monday

I'm so excited!   Well, except for the bowel prep anyways.  Ugh. We are hoping for smooth sailing with everything. 

Any last minute advice and words of encouragement will be gladly accepted!

When I had my gall bladder removed my surgeon insisted on mineral oil for bowl prep.  That had to have been one of the most disgusting things I ever had to do.  To this day, oil makes me gag!

Poor you . . I can't even imagine drinking mineral oil . . much less the surgeon promoting it with an angry gall bladder . . hmmm.

DR. SPRUNGER IS GOING TO DO MY RNY ON 09/09/09 HOPEFULLY.  I WANTED THE SLEEVE BUT B/C B/S PLAYED A BAD JOKE ON ME.  ANYWAYS... BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.  MY ONLY ADVISE IS TO DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY TELL YOU TOO.  DR. B DID MY FRIENDS RNY OVER 2 YEARS AGO.  SHE NEVER ONCE HAD A COMPLICATION. SHE WENT FROM A SIZE 26 TO A SIZE 6.  SHE LOOKS WONDERFUL.   HOPE TO BECOME FRIENDS...  :D
