Phoenix health plan - Lapband?

I am on state medical ACCHS Phoenix health plan and was wondering if anyone knows if they will approve for lapband? I have lots of co morbitities and letters from 3 doctors recommending weight loss surgery. If anyoen has any info and knows which surgeons will do this please let me know. Thanks!

I am not sure about that exact procedure, but I would highly recommend checking with Dr. Guerra.  I had a TT done about a year ago and it was the best experience of my life!  The staff was great and the doctor was smart, nice and really listened and cared.  Definitely check with them!
