My insurance approved my surgery!

I am so happy but scared at the same time that my insurance (BCBS) approved my surgery! Kathy at Bridges left a message on my cell phone that my surgery had been approved and that Dr. Juarez office will be contacting me by the end of the week to set up a surgery date! Im so happy that my new life is about to begin!

I see your doctor is in the same office as mine, how long did it take for your surgery after you got your approval from your insurance?

It was fast only 2 weeks.

Woohoo.... congrats!!!

I have a different surgeon.... but it only took me a few hours to get a surgery date from the hospital scheduler.... which is MUCH quicker than I expected!!!

I called the office and they said Dr. Juarez is booked up for this month so it looks like it will be in June. I cant wait.
What do you drink for the two week liquid diet before surgery?

I had Dr. Juarez for my surgeon and I don't think either one of them does the liquid diet before surgery.

Dr Fang had me drink liquid protien drinks, sugar free jello, and broth
