Hi Chris,
You know they have a lot of biotin in the yolk which is good for the hair.  I just wish they would settle good in my system.

Eggs were EVIL for me for almost 2 years post-op.  Now I have eggs at least one meal a day.  I LOVE veggie omellette's and sometimes whip one up for supper!  Eggs are a great source of protein and so easily "decorated" with healthy veggies.

Don't give up on them totally.  Dabble with them in different cooking methods.  I tolerated and even enjoyed poached eggs first with imitation crab, spinach and some cream cheese!  Yummy!

As with all foods that gag us at some time or another.....just give it some time and try it again.  Tastes change, as does our ability to tolerate things.  Early on, anything dry, whether it's egg, meat, etc is rough to chew well enough to tolerate for some of us.

It's a journey!!!!
