something i do from time to time is make pizza using a portabello mushroom as the crust and creating my own topings with it its carb free and low cal and very surgery friendly.

Oh my gosh that sounds delish!!!!  The only thing I love more than miushrooms is pizza stuff WITH it!!!!

I used to make my pizzas on the low-carb tortillas BUT....now I'm gluten free so the mushroom is a VERY clever way to get a tastey bite!

Eggplant also makes a good pizza crust.
