Well that is my attempt to be positive on a Monday morning!

My goal this week is to keep up the good fight and not miss any exercise days this week. I missed some last week due to poor planning.

I am also making the goal to say goodbye to the 300s this week forever!  Currently siting at 301 Since Friday.

Not this week Too many distractions!  BUT.....I have set out my calcium for the next 7 days so I will have a good report next week!!!!  Calcium is my biggest weakness!
