Correction !!! Dr Schlesinger office address

Thank You to all that have called me to tell me I posted the wrong  address, I was given the wrong address and it's what I posted.

Yes it is at Tempe St Lukes Hosp
the building to the right of the main entrance.

I just started seeing Dr. S and hope to continue as I really need help.  I will call their new office on Monday to see what's happening.  It's weird that I was there last week for my first visit and then my nutritional evaluation. 

Is the new office on the lightrail route???  Just wondering as I live off Central Ave-downtown Phx and it would be neat to take that instead of getting tangled in I-10 traffic.

Dr Schlesinger's office is right next to Tempe's St Luke hospital. I think the rail goes by there on Mill Ave. I would call Jen or Kristen and ask them on Monday. I hope to see you at a future meeting and Welcome as a new patient.
