Details for Grad Seminar & Fashion Show Models

Hi guys,
I've had scattered notes regarding this upcoming Grad Seminar
(Bridges sT Luke's), so if you haven't received info in the mail and
want it then call Kelly (602. 251.8828) the survey/RSVP is due the
19th. The #'s are already up into the 200's!!! FUN!

If you volunteered to be a model and your name isn't on my list then
my aplogies. Just shoot me a p.m. to [email protected] and I'll get you
the details. You MUST RSVP though even if you are modeling or you
will NOT get in!

Directions to Models:
You have 3 options to select your 2 outfits.
1. Go to Mesa Dress Barn Store on the 26th or 27th (this Monday or
Tuesday) between 10 & 6 pm. Ask for Robin.
4936 South Power Road Suite A102, Mesa, AZ 85212
2. Email sizes and any specific details about your shape and clothing
preferences; whether you prefer sleeveless, skirts over slacks, etc.
to me: [email protected] and the coordinator will select some outfits for
you and bring them to the seminar.
3. Buy your outfit or outfits. If this is your preferred choice
then call Robin BEFORE you buy (480.279.2881) She'll contact the
store you'll be shopping at and they will then give you 30% off of
your purchase.
All models who opt to buy will get 30% off.
All models will have their name in a door prize drawing for gift
cards to Dress Barn.

I need to have some personal info from each model so please send me
your preferred email so I can send the form.
I'd also like a jpg format emailed to me of your BEFORE picture to
use for the power point. No worries if that isn't possible. I have
another option as well.
