also the recipe forum here on OH. I have rededicated myself (and my husband) to more protein and less carbs. I cooked all afternoon yesterday making some great recipes I found on both websites. You need to make sure that you consume at least 60 grams of protein/day and drink you 64oz of hydrating fluids/day.

Thanks Lori...I need to keep an  open mind when it comes to protein.  I've noticed that I'm feeling weaker than usual....just figured that it was cuz I've been cooped up since the snow.  I just  find it hard to make myself eat....whether it be protein or not.  Thanks for the info on the amount of grams that I need to intake, Joyce and Lori, I really had no idea...thanks to the lack of visit from the nutritionist at St. Lukes.  I've had no idea that I was going to get the cravings back .....WONDERFUL!!  I've been looking online and I can't seem to find a site that sends out free samples.  Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
