Sun Cities Area Group Meeting

This Saturday from 10:30 to noon.  We will be meeting in the Sun City Room behind Menke Funeral Home, 12420 103rd Avenue in Sun City.  Turn South on 103rd off Grand and go to Coggins (1 block) and turn right.  You'll see the Sun City room on your left.

Thanks for the reminder, I just may go to this one as well. 

Hardy from GNC is going to be talking with us on supplements, calcium and protein.

The walk is next month.  It's a very easy walk to get to the top or we can just walk around the lake.  There are several gazebos where we can have our meeting.
