Confessions of bad food the past week.

We all have those days ...Dove is the worst for me I can eat them and not get sick its like a drug for me ....I also did the lobster pizza thing last week ...this week I have lacked on protein since hernia surgery on 12/22 I have really not been into eating much food it all looks ikkk cept for those sweet things ...and salt LOL ...Keep up the good work ..its not a diet its a journey!!
