So far so good

Terry, you might try to mix them in with some no sugar added applesauce or fat free cottage cheese.  When I first had my surgery I couldn't do the pills either.  I tried putting the ground up pills in my Crystal Light but it didn't mix well.  I ended up just putting the stuff on my tongue and taking a drink of my CL.  Yes it tasted yucky for about 1 minute but after that it was all over.
