Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to wish you all a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving.  Hopefully we all will try our hardest to stay on track and not get ourselves into a food coma.  It just makes me very tired and cranky so I am going to avoid it at all costs.  If you are traveling, be safe.

My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is seeing family and friends I don't get to see very often.  The food is just a distraction anyway.  I let them eat & I just chatter away... those of you who know me know how true that is!

I'll have a little of this or that but food is no longer the main reason of the holiday, it truly is thankfulness for all of the blessings of the past year.  Enjoy the people, don't worry about the food.  In this land of plenty, you'll always be able to get what you want anytime you want it, no need to over do it on a single day and put yourself into that food coma  Nita was talking about.
