Will a tummy tuck save your life?
Watching the Early Show on CBS this morning.....
They talked about belly fat causing double the risk in early death and heart disease....
Formulas were something like:
widest waist measurement divided by widest hip measurement ...a. men should be under .9 to not be at risk b. women should be under .8 to not be at risk.
Anyone with waists larger than hips may be at risk.
They said it is not a science...but these are the rules of thumb that they talked about.
Soooo....me thinks that running your apple shaped body into a p.s. to get "cored" could possibly save your life! LOL!
.....just turning my brain up a notch for the benefit of mankind!

I have been reading many articles this past year that a apple shape figure can cause early death and heart problems. Thank good my hips are bigger than my waist. I don't want to be cored out at all.
