The best baked chicken
I just had the tastiest, juciest baked chicken I've had in a long time. The best part is I made it all by myself.
I filled the breast cavity with two cut limes, added chopped yellow & red bell peppers, green onions and a clove of garlic minced. I then closed the cavity up and baked it at 350 for 1 3/4 hours. I served it with fresh green beans and Stove Top Stuffing (I had 2 forkfuls, the rest was for hubby & the dogs).

You need to visit Queen Creek and the Olive factory ... Yummmm
I steamed some shrimp , added mexican lime olive oil, chopped green onions, some greek spice from Pampered chef, and marinated artichoke hearts , chilled over night - Oh My !! was soooo good - cant wait for lunch
This one might have to go in recipe book !
