one month out tomorrow

and i have lost 49 lbs so far.  I am very happy about that, now if i can just get those liquids in.

You are doing so well, keep up the good wok.  It's hard to believe it's been a month already.  I am only down 15 according to my pcp's scale, but as a revision I think I am doing great so far.   Keep sipping tha****er and you will get it all in.

I know it was a rocky start for you, but i am so proud of you perseverance.  Four weeks and you have lost 49lbs.  That is fantastic.  Keep up the great work.  Believe me, it is all worth it :)
