Surgery in the A.m. and scared.

 Take a deep breath and think positive thoughts.  You are in GREAT hands with Dr. Sprunger.  He is fantastic and made me feel very comfortable with the whole procedure.  Just have faith in the excellent team they have assembled.  Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

You are in such good hands!  Dr. Sprunger will make you feel so at ease you won't even believe it.  Try to stay strong and just remember, it took so many things coming together to make this happen...let this gift be just that :) 

Well let's see it is probably all done now and all is good right???? It wasn't so bad huh??? You"ll be so happy you did it. Congratulations I look forward to hearing about your weight loss journey!!!!
