We are packing and getting ready to get on I-10.  I have my protein powder, protein bar, camera and "little" black dress all ready for tonight.

Ok - I made my goals YEAH!!!  I broke my plateau and lost 3.2 pounds - now tomorrow it might pop back up as I seem to be doing - but as of today I did it!!!!!!

I also made it to one support group before the event!

Thanks for the challenge Joyce - it helped me get back on track and be motivated!!!!!
