10 Day Countdown Challenge to the AZ Extravaganza!
Hello All,
I have met some of you at Dr Schlesinger's support group meetings. At the last one I sat next to Jeanna and she spoke to me about protein(thank you!). My name is Andrea and I have been lurking around reading posts but have been too shy to post myself. You guys are soooo great, you have brought me out of my shell!
Well, here it goes! My mini goals are:
1. Lose 5 pounds by the 20th
2. Get my 100 grams of protein in a day ( Boy am I struggling with this)

Hope I'm not too late, just saw this...
1) To take 30 minutes to eat my meals
2) To get at least 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week
3) To keep my % of fats & carbs within doctors prescribed ranges (5-15% & 10-20%, respectively)
I've been having probs with my fat %'s since early in the mushies, and my carbs have been low since being on the solids. My losses are strangly starting to slow as well...

I have added a few things to my daily routine...trying to tone up a little:)
1. Use my resistance bands to tone my upper arms every time a TV commercial comes on.
2. Hold a deep knee bend for the whole time I'm brushing my teeth.
3. Hold a stomach crunch every time I am stuck at a red light while I'm on the road.
Can't wait to see everyone at the OH event!
