4 flavors of Muscle Milk - I found em

I dont use Muscle milk - too many calories and fat  for me .. Guess I could try em again .

That's what would stop me too.  I need an extra 30 grams of protein a day but when I see the calories & fat that come with them, I have a hard time doing it.  I might just have to bite the bullet and do it for a while and start exercising harder/more to take care of the calories.
