68 pounds left

Is this real?  I have only 68 pounds until I weigh 130?  There has to be a mistake in my math somewhere.  I weighed myself a few days ago and the scale read 198!  OMG! I am freakn out!  Is this even possible!  I will be a year out of surgery at the end of this month.   I just can't believe it! I just can't imagine what it will feel like to be my correct weight!  It's so close!  Okay i'm really freaking out!
