looking at cookbooks?

Folks,
I been looking at cookbooks for people who have had the surgery and looks like there are buch.. has anyone used any ? if so give me some infor please..

Cookbooks  - I like atkins , and pretty much google low carb cooking. Tonight is garlic  / greek chicken  with  some  Polenta .

So what kinda of recipes are you looking for ??

I have been in hiding in Palm Springs, Ca..... About 3 weeks ago after last group with Dr. S, got depressed and figured out i needed a change, and sold all my stuff and moved to palm springs.. I am renting a apt month to month right now till i fiugre things out..

I just needed a change with everything.. I am still planning on keep the Dr and driving back and forth for my apts.. I will be out on the 19th for my 3 month check up and the OH event.

Still no luck on job.. but season is coming up quick here.. so i might just wait tables for a season and put some cash away ....
