West Valley Support Group members - Important

If you belong to the West Valley and not the other support groups, if you are going to the OH seminar, please shoot me an email at [email protected] and I'll put you on the list.  Our group will get credit and more free samples and other goodies.  If you're part of Joyce's group, please let her know that you're attending.

We're not in a race here but we want to get credit for any of our members who are going.  If you want to be a member, come on over to Banner Estrella the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month at 10:30 in the morning.  We're a very nice group and we promise not to bite unless you're made of sugar free, fat free, carb free chocolate.
