Conference

Hi, I was wondering , do you get  tickets sent in the mail to you after you pay for the OH conference, or do you have to wait for a list they have at the conference. I payed a few weeks ago for the conference, however I have not received anything or been told anything. Thanks. Gail

When I purchased tickets last year I never received any.  When you go to the event you just check in at the registration desk and they will have your name on a list.  That is when you will get your goody bag, etc.

What sort of things would be in the goody bag?

My wife and I are planning to go more than likely and I was wondering how much in the way of free samples and stuff they give away. ?

Vitamin, protein snacks - its a hidge podge, should be a couple vendors giving stuff away.
