Lori,
I am also very devastated about this. I will persevere and I will get approved for my revision. If he is looking down on us, it will happen, I know it will. He was an angel to me as he got me approved for my first surgery, I will miss working with him and chatting with him, he was such an awesome example of a true advocate for obesity and an all around volunteer to those survivors of 911 both as a lawyer and as a volunteer fire fighter on the pile, he will be missed.

Deanne,
I'm so proud of you .....you have been through the ringer lately and you are STILL fighting.
You sure are a strong woman.
I read his profile....he sounded like a VERY, VERY special person. It is a huge loss...to so many.
You keep hanging in there. You're an inspiration to me. And many others also, I'm sure .........It will be ok, you'll see.

Gwynn,
You just never know who will be an inspiration to you, Gary was that for me and for many others. He showed his true love of people and his heart of gold to help anyone who needed it. I never got to meet him last year when he was going to come to Phoenix, because he was in the hospital. He always was ready and willing to help me and others. His legacy will live on and someone will step up to help others in our same position. I will be ok, and it will get approved.

Lori,
I don't know what happened. I know they announced that they had a schedule change last year and that he wasn't coming because he was in the hospital. I have shed a couple of tears for him and his family. Lots of prayers going up for them as well. I know he is at peace. Like I have been thinking when he met Jesus. "Well Done Good and Faithful Servant, Well Done." I know he is an angel watching down on us all now, cheering us all on and telling us not to give up the fight.
