Revision from Lap-band to RNY

My husband who had his original lap-band surgery down in Mexico is now looking for a revision to the RNY.  My insurance will pay for it, but my surgeon Dr Blackstone won't operate on anyone who's had surgery out of the country due to her malpratice insurance.  I am very disappointed that she can't do the surgery, so we are looking for someone else here in AZ.  HELP!!
