About 3 weeks before surgery I was at 407lbs. Yesterday my wife got me a scale from Walmart and I was 372. WOW! The day of surgery I was 386 so I did lose some from the pre-op diet. Wednesday night before I got to come home I was 391. I am glad to see the effort is working.
I went out with the wife today for a little while. I could walk a little better than before. I guess the weight lose is already helping. I am still a little stiff and can not stand up completely straight. I also can not sleep on my left side which is my normal sleep position.
