WLS friendly PCP

I'm looking for a WLS friendly primary care physican.
Do you know of any?

I live in Queen Creek, so a doctor in Queen Creek, Gilbert or Chandler maybe even Mesa will work.

My PCP is FANTASTIC.  Scottsdale Bariatric LOVES her.  She is so pro WLS and so nice.  THe office is fabulous also.  Its Kim Lucas in Tempe/Mesa.  Intregrated Associates in Medicine.  You will love her.  Lyns
