GREAT night with Vitalady and Weight Loss friends!  Thanks all who braved the "dark cloud" and joined us for an informative/fun evening! I wanted to wish all of you a fun but safe Holiday weekend!  Tender thoughts go out for those of you who have loved ones serving in the military.  Hubby and I love the Memorial Day services that honor our Amercan heroes! I'll be off-line for a few days so y'all chug some protein drinks, take a walk and remember that BBQ's can be fun without eating everything that's served!  PLAN AHEAD!  Make some deviled eggs to take to your parties.  Drink a protein drink before you take off for dinner.  Those who fail to plan -- plan to fail! Best wishes for those on deck for surgery!!!!
