two months and need info

I went on a one week vacation that turned into a month and left all of my diet recommendations at home.....have kind of been eating a little bit of everything til full but wonder if I"m overeating because I haven"t dropped any weight at all this last week....any fellow 2 month friends who could share the recommended amounts with me?  thanks
