Happy Friday All !! - exercise !!!

So Az is  going to be cool and maybe a rain drop or two ?  My question - What ya going to do to get some exercise this week-end ?  I was thinking about a yard sale - bending , lifting,moving from one place to another. My hidden idea is that excercise  does not have to be the gym or home weight machine - If you have any other Idea;s  for me in case it does rain - please post  em - I will be checking in later today.
