What ?'s do you wish you asked before surgery

Because of my doctor discontinuing her acceptance of my insurance I wish I would have known to ask what would happen to my band after care in this case and who would accept me after the fact as a patient under insurance coverage.  I would want to know if there would be another doctor available to take over my care.  This is something very crucial to know about ahead of time.  Most of these doctors won't help other doctor's patients.  The afer care for the band, fills etc. is quite expensive and with these new bands they take a long time to reach the optimal fill level.
